A date for your diaries

Last autumn, I was delighted to be asked to be part of a new exhibiting group. All six members of Room6 have links to the Foundation Degree in Stitched Textiles at Eastleigh College. The group takes its name from the room in which the course took place. There are exciting things ahead, but first things first:

Room6 is delighted to announce the third in a series of ‘Tea with …’ afternoons. Following the successful events with Alice Kettle in 2013 and Matthew Harris last year, we are thrilled that Rozanne Hawksley will be this year’s guest speaker.

‘Tea with Rozanne Hawksley’ will take place on Saturday 13 June 2015 at Lower Upham Village Hall, Hampshire. On the menu will be a fascinating talk by Rozanne Hawksley, a delicious tea with wonderful cakes (thank you Alison Hulme), a raffle with great prizes and a second hand bookstall offering textile and art books at irresistible prices.

Further details, including information about where to buy your tickets, will follow shortly.
